All delivered goods require inspection. Couriers are obliged to wait while you inspect your purchase. If they will not wait, please accept and sign as 'Damaged'.
In the unlikely event goods arrive damaged or parts missing, you must notify
The Recliner Store within 24 hours of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for and arrange for the return of the goods, in an 'As New' condition and in the original packaging.
If no notification by email or in writing has been received by The Recliner Store within 7 days of delivery, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
The Recliner Store takes great care to make sure all its information and detail is correct on our website. However if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may, within 7 (working) days after the date of delivery of said item contact our customer services department by email that you would like to return the goods, subject to the following exceptions.
Monies relating to the returned goods will be refunded within 28 days of receipt of goods. Where you the customer has paid for a premium delivery service, ie Before 12 noon or before 9:30am we will only refund the full amount for the chair, not including the delivery cost.
All orders that have been 'specially made to order' can only be cancelled within 48 hours of the order being accepted by us.
